Is there not a post somewhere that describes how to configure the X52 for ED? Imagine a blank slate. These problems were minor at first and only seemed to happen occasionally when browsing menus, but just today I had this problem twice in the space of an hour (the one where re-plugging doesn't solve the issue) and the 2nd time caused my Adder to reverse full throttle into an asteroid and explode.I just spent 2 hours digging through the forums here and elsewhere and trying to get my old Saitek X52 Pro to behave properly in Elite Dangerous and I can't figure out the right combination to get it to work right. I'm guessing it's a driver issue? (I'm not too sure, as my Windows 10 seems to have been really temperamental as of late) What's even more annoying is when I pull it out, the game jams my throttle to 100%, potentially putting my ship in danger until I plug it back in. Usually I'm able to rectify the problem by just pulling out the USB plug and plugging it back in, but occasionally, this won't work and my computer won't even recognise the joystick (Won't even sound the jingle that plays when you plug in a USB device) leaving me with no choice but to reboot my machine. This occurs randomly with no apparent pattern or cause. Other times, the entire thing will just cease to function. Sometimes, it's just the joystick assembly that will stop working while the throttle is seemingly unaffected and continues to work as it should. I've been having this really annoying problem with my Saitek X52 joystick where it will just randomly stop working out of nowhere.
